How do I order?

To oder, just go to our shop page here, and add your desired products to your basket.  Once you are finished, simply go to your basket by clicking on the icon on the top right hand corner of the page or by clicking checkout.  

You will then be asked for your billing details as well as your preferred method of payment.  Then click the “Place Order” button and you’re good to go!  You will also receive a confirmation email as soon as we’ve received the order.  

 

 

Where do you ship?

Right now we are shipping to all countries in the European Union where CBD products are legal, as well as to the United Kingdom.  However, before you order, check the legal status of hemp-derived CBD in your country as Goldfish Amsterdam cannot be held responsible for any civil or legal action that might be brought against you as a result of the purchase.

 

 

What are the shipping costs?

In The Netherlands and Belgium shipping is €6,50 for orders less than €35,00 and is free for orders over €35.00.  International orders, shipping costs of €9,50 per order apply.

 

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

If the product is in stock, we should get your order within 3-9 working days, depending on postal services and where you are located.   

However, because some of our products are in high demand, we may not always have your order in stock and ready to ship which can cause a delay. In the event of this happening, we are dependent on our suppliers as to how long it will take to get a new set of orders in.  You will be notified of the delay immediately via email.  

We deeply regret that these types of hold-ups happen, and we always try to resolve them in the best and fastest way possible.

 

 

What are the available payment options?

Payment can be made either via iDeal, PayPal or credit card.  Right now we are accepting all major credit cards;

We are hoping to add additional payment methods in the near future.
