Right to Cancel

As a consumer you have 14 days to request a refund. After purchasing products, every consumer has the option to return products purchased from Goldfish Amsterdam without giving reasons. The reflection period starts on the day after the consumer has received the product. Or a pre-designated representative of Goldfish Amsterdam B.V. who has notified the customer that the cooling-off period has started. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us by email. Refunds after 14 days will not be processed.

During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. And keep it under proper storage conditions. If the seal is broken and as a result the products are no longer in new condition, we can unfortunately no longer accept the product. This accepts the product. If you use the right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to Goldfish Amsterdam B.V., in accordance with our instructions after a refund request has been made.

As a consumer you can use the right of withdrawal, if you want to return the product, the shipping costs are for your own account. Goldfish Amsterdam B.V. will refund the payment of the product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the return shipment.
