Our store is hosted using WordPress & WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

legislation regarding CBD: The use of CBD in the European Union has been reviewed in December 2020, CBD is not seen as a narcotic and can be freely traded among EU member states. Pure CBD however is still considered to be a Novel food and needs to be authorized by the European commission. Herbal-CDB as part of the whole plant also called ‘full-spectrum’ can still be tested for THC and therefore can contain non-legal amounts of other Hemp-derived cannabinoids. Goldfish Amsterdam only uses 100% pure CBD and can there for be used in all European union states.
Warning! Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of CBD often differ from country to country. For this reason we advise you as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations in the country to which you are subject.
With Europe countries such as Switzerland that have different legal status for CBD, but also outside Europe we urge you to check with local authorities on the legal status of CBD and act accordingly. Goldfish Amsterdam takes no responsibility for trespassing laws and regulations in any country with the use and possession of Goldfish Amsterdam products.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
